Welcome to our new committee members

We would like to welcome two of our regular voluteers to their committee roles:

Treasurer - Jackie Atkinson

Secretary - Sheryl O'Shea

We are always looking for parents who are willing to become involved with the PTA from years 7, 8 and 9. If you are able to spare a couple of hours every 6 weeks or so, we would love to have you join us.

The PTA is a valuable resource to the school - however, we are in need of parents, and particulary someone who would be willing to take on the role of Treasurer and Secretary for this year, and Chairperson from next September.

Unfortunately if we do not get better, and regular support from you, the parents - then the very real fact is that PTA will cease in July 2012 - which will mean no prom for the current year 10 children next year and subsquent years.

Please support us, and help us keep the PTA alive.

We have now opened up a Donation link on Just Giving.

This makes it a lot easier to make tax-efficient donations to the PTA. All PTA funds are used for essential school projects and much needed items.

Year 11 Prom

The Class of 2010 Year 11 Prom on the 9th July was tremendously successful and was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

We wish all students the greatest of success with their future careers and hope that Winston Churchill School provided the basis for this.
